All orders will be dispatched or be ready to collect within 3 working days, unless otherwise advised.

Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive from the date of dispatch; if you have not received your order within this time frame then do please get in touch.

We offer free delivery on orders over £70 (excluding postage) or more to the Isle of Man and UK addresses.

DELIVERY TO ISLE OF MAN ADDRESSES

All orders with Isle of Man delivery addresses will be sent via Isle of Man Post.  A flat rate of £4.00 will be charged for postage and packing.

ISLE OF MAN ORDER COLLECTION

If you would prefer to collect your order there will be no delivery charges applied when you choose this option at checkout.  Once your order is ready, an email will be sent to advise you of the address for collection.

DELIVERY TO UK ADDRESSES

Delivery charges for UK addresses are based on the combined weight of your order (this includes packaging materials) and will be sent via Isle of Man Post

 

​Delivery is generally between 2-3 working days but please allow up to 10 working days.  Occasionally there are delays with mail leaving the Isle of Man in which case an email will be sent to you to advise that there may be a slightly longer delivery time.

​

For orders which include reed diffusers, please note that due to shipping regulations, your order may be sent in several shipments of which you will be advised of when your order is dispatched.

Delivery charges for UK Delivery are as follows:

• Up to 500g - £4.00

• 500g up to 2kg - £6.00

• 2kg up to10kg - £8.00

• 10kg up to 20kg - £13.00

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Due to regulatory reasons we are currently unable to ship orders to addresses outside of the Isle of Man and UK.
