RETURNS

Please note returns are entirely at our discretion. Due to the nature of the products we offer we cannot accept returns on opened or otherwise used items unless faulty.  If a return has been approved, items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt.  Please contact us in the first instance to request a return.

Once items have been received by us, refunds will only be processed after inspection for resaleable condition (sealed, unopened, unused and undamaged). Return shipping costs must be paid for by the customer and proof of postage is recommended. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS

If items arrive damaged/faulty or you have received an incorrect item please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order with full details.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. Where possible, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your order confirmation email if you wish to cancel.  After this time your order may have already been dispatched and we will be unable to refund shipping costs; return costs would also be at your own expense.  Please see 'Returns' for further information.
